For the ninth year in a row, Methacton School District has been recognized as one of the Best Communities for Music Education by The NAMM Foundation! This esteemed designation highlights our deep and ongoing commitment to fostering exceptional music education for every student.

Now in its 26th year, the Best Communities for Music Education award celebrates K-12 districts across the U.S. that go above and beyond in providing access to and excellence in music programs. This year, more than 1,000 public, private, charter, and parochial schools and districts received this distinguished honor for their outstanding musical offerings. Our qualification for this recognition involved a comprehensive review, where Methacton provided in-depth details on aspects like music program funding, curriculum, student involvement, instructional quality, and facilities. Our responses were verified by school officials and assessed by WolfBrown, a leading arts educational research firm, affirming our dedication to music education.
